Booking & Cancellation Policy
This document sets out the booking and cancellation policy for Humble Naturopathics. If you have any

Bookings
Bookings can be completed online via https://app.simpleclinic.net/public/diary/index/oON, or by emailing
hello@humblenaturopathics.com.au.
Payment
Humble Naturopathics is a cashless clinic; electronic funds transfer is preferred. Cheques/money orders are
not accepted.
All online/in clinic payments are processed via Square. There are no payment surcharges applicable to clients.
Square works with any Australian-issued and most international chip cards or magstripe cards with a Visa,
Mastercard or American Express logo, as well as bank-issued eftpos chip cards. Square also supports mobile
wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
Humble Naturopathics does not offer credit terms and payment is to be made in full prior to/or immediately
following your consultation.
Supplements and/or prescriptions will only be provided once all consultation fees are paid in full.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST if applicable.

A valid seniors/student card will need to be sighted for concession discount to apply to consultation fees.
Booking Confirmation
An automated confirmation email will be sent within an hour of making your appointment. This is only valid if
any required pre-payment is made online. If pre-payment is not made within 20 minutes, the appointment will be deleted and your practitioner will follow
up with you. A reminder email is sent the day before your scheduled appointment.
Re-scheduling an appointment
To minimise disruption to the clinic, please endeavour to make any appointment changes as early as possible.
We ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if re-scheduling is necessary.
Once established as a client, you will be invited to access the Simple Clinic Patient Portal. You are able to
make changes to your existing appointment via the portal, or by emailing hello@humblenaturopathics.com.au.
If you become unwell or simply require the convenience of an online appointment due to circumstances on the
day, your face-to-face appointment can easily be converted to a zoom consult. You can email
hello@humblenaturopathics.com.au to facilitate this.
Cancellations
Client Initiated
Failure to attend (no-shows), or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will attract a
$40 cancellation fee.
Practitioner initiated
In the unlikely event that your practitioner is unwell/unable to consult on the day of your appointment, you will
be notified as soon as possible and offered a priority reschedule. If this does not suit, you will be offered a full
refund of any booking deposit made.
Late Arrivals
To minimise the impact to other clients, we cannot extend scheduled service times for late arrivals.
The full relevant service fee is still applicable to late arrivals.
We do understand that on occasion, events out of our control can affect our timely arrival. Please do not let a
5-10 minute delay deter you from coming at all (we get it - sometimes you can’t get a park/took a wrong
turn/train is delayed etc). Whilst it will shorten your consultation time, 5-10 minutes will not adversely impact
your treatment. Your appointment can also be changed to an online consultation via Zoom if this is more convenient.
