I prefer to onboard new clients in a 3-part consultation package to ensure that we hit the ground running and get the most out of our first 2-3 months together. This is especially important for those with chronic, ongoing and complex cases. My mission is to help you to really understand your health so that you feel in control and empowered to take action - for better outcomes long-term.

SESSION ONE

75-90 minute initial consultation - the deep dive

A comprehensive holistic assessment covering your present state of health, personal and family health history, plus contributing diet and lifestyle factors. It includes a review of any recent test results, current supplements, screening for interactions with any medications, plus discussion of treatment options, relevant referrals and/or testing recommendations going forward. Following your consultation you receive a detailed treatment plan via email, including personalised practitioner-grade herb/supplement prescription as indicated.

SESSION TWO

45 minute follow-up consultation (week 2-4)

This appointment builds on the holistic understanding of your case, peeling back more layers to uncover the deeper causes and factors contributing to your state of health. We review any additional test results and monitor the progress and implementation of your initial treatment plan. Your treatment plan and prescription is updated as required.

SESSION THREE

45 minute follow-up consultation (week 6-8)

Time to review & refine! The third consultation is where the magic happens as the puzzle pieces of your case are all coming together beautifully. This appointment is about keeping you on track, making adjustments to your plan and establishing your ongoing support needs, which are all important aspects to integrating change and ensuring your continued success.

  • This comprehensive holistic assessment covers your present state of health, personal and family health history, diet and lifestyle factors such as exercise, sleep and stress. It includes a review of any recent test results, current supplements and screening for interactions with medications (where applicable), plus discussion of treatment options, relevant referrals and/or testing recommendations going forward. You receive a detailed treatment plan via email following your consultation, including personalised practitioner-grade herb/supplement prescription as indicated.

  • Follow-up consultations are for your ongoing care once an initial consultation has taken place. This appointment is utilised to build on the holistic understanding of your case, review any additional test results and monitor the progress and implementation of your initial treatment plan. Accountability, ongoing support and coaching are an important aspect to integrating change and ensuring your continued success. Your treatment plan and prescription is updated as required.

  • 10% discount on supplement prescriptions through Vital.Ly online prescribing.

  • Optional functional testing referrals as relevant to your case (additional test costs payable to the applicable lab), which may include gut or vaginal microbiome testing, blood tests, SIBO breath testing, hormone testing, hair mineral analysis etc.

SINGLE CONSULTATIONS

  • NEW CLIENT FIRST APPOINTMENT [OPTION 1]: the standard 60-minute initial consultation allows us to explore your primary health concern in depth, along with its contributing factors. It includes a review of any recent test results or current supplements, plus discussion of treatment options and any relevant testing recommendations going forward. You receive your personalised treatment plan via email following your consultation, as well as personalised herb/supplement prescriptions that are easily paid and fulfilled online to be delivered directly to you. 

  • NEW CLIENT FIRST APPOINTMENT [OPTION 2]: if you have chronic, complex health issues and/or are on multiple medications this longer initial consultation allows more time to ensure we cover all bases.

  • NEW CLIENT FIRST APPOINTMENT: for children 12 and under. 

  • 45 minutes (existing clients only): in our follow-up appointments we build on the holistic understanding of your case, review any additional test results and monitor the progress and implementation of your treatment plan. Accountability and ongoing support important aspects to integrating change and ensuring your continued success. Your treatment plan and prescription is updated as required.

  • 30 minutes (existing clients only): Short follow-up appointments are best for longer term, regular clients who just need a quick check-in, blood test review or prescription update.

  • 10-15 minutes (existing and new clients): This appointment type is strictly for addressing an acute concern that requires prompt attention and symptom relief. Ideal for immune support: prevention or symptomatic prescription for circumstances such as cough/cold/flu/hay fever, shingles, gastroenteritis, or for custom herbal creams. Testing Options

  • General & Functional Pathology

    We partner with pathology services such as Clinical Labs, Nutripath, RN Labs, iScreen and InterClinical in order to offer a broad range of testing options.

    This provides out-of-pocket access to standard blood tests such as vitamin D & thyroid panels, through to functional tests such as organic acid testing, heavy metals, hormones & more.

  • Gut Health Testing

    With options ranging from comprehensive parasite screening, to SIBO breath testing & DNA-based Microbiome mapping, we determine the best test for your case from the wide range of services available.

    We work with specialised gut pathology services provided by Microba/Co-Biome, Designs for Health, SIBO Test & Nutripath.

  • Vaginal Microbiome Testing

    The vaginal microbiome plays an integral role in maintaining genitourinary health & is particularly related to recurrent urinary & vaginal infections, fungal overgrowth, HPV & pregnancy.

    Testing is completed via at-home swab kit that is sent off to the lab for analysis & can provide valuable insight into stubborn, recurrent conditions.
