Simple Folded Egg Brekkie Wrap
Brekkie wraps are such an underrated option for any mealtime - breakfast, lunch or even… brinner? You can alter the ingredients and flavours according to what you have on hand, making yours as simple or gourmet as you like!
Mexican Style Chicken Tortilla Stack
Somewhere between a lasagne and a quesadilla, this Mexican tortilla stack is a total crowd pleaser!
Chicken Pesto Pulse Pasta
If you have a packet of pulse pasta hiding in the back of the pantry, this is a super simple recipe to make good use of it! An easy weeknight dinner, or great to prep for grab-and-go lunches through the week.
Sunshine shots
This juice brings the warming, sunshiney vibes we all need. It packs a hit of vitamin C via the orange and pineapple, plus anti-inflammatory goodness - courtesy of the ginger, turmeric and even the bromelain found in the pineapple (especially the core, so leave it in!)
Choc Peanut Butter Smoothie
~A classic combo to hit those chocolate cravings ~
You can use any chocolate flavoured protein powder for this recipe - here I’ve used Switch Nutrition Protein Switch in Choc Sea Salt. Frozen zucchini cubes hide really well in smoothies and are a great way to increase your veggie intake, without even noticing it! You could also substitute with frozen cauliflower.
Raspberry Steel Cut Oats
I had a little love affair with pimped-up oats during one of the many Melbourne lockdowns - and so this recipe was born!
Steel cut oats are the least processed form of oats when compared with rolled oats or quick oats. They take a little more patience to cook, but are worth it for a truly different experience with a humble bowl of oats.
