Mango Pash Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Passionfruit

  • 1/2 x Mango

  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)

  • 1/4c Zucchini/cauliflower (frozen)

  • 1/4c Oats

  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds

  • 1 serve protein powder (vanilla/banana/coconut or unflavoured work well)

  • 1/2c milk/yoghurt/kefir of choice

  • Water to blend

Blitz in a blender or Nutribullet until smooth and you’re done!

Tip: this is a good one to sneak a teaspoon of turmeric or maca powder into too!
