Sunshine shots

Have a NutriBullet or blender? You can totally make this too!

This juice brings the warming, sunshine vibes. It packs a hit of vitamin C via the orange and pineapple, plus anti-inflammatory goodness - courtesy of the ginger, turmeric and even the bromelain found in the pineapple (especially the core - so leave it in).


Ingredients:

✧1 orange, diced
✧1/2 small pineapple, diced
✧Chunk of fresh ginger (3-4cm), chopped
✧Chunk of fresh turmeric (2-3cm) or 1-2 tsp dried
✧Pinch of black pepper
✧Water to blend


Blitz until smooth!

Keep in a jar in the fridge for 3-4 days and have a shot in the mornings.
