Basic Chia Pudding

Chia puddings are super simple to make, portable and can be flavoured as desired with your choice of fruit or yoghurt. Start with the base recipe below and experiment with your favourite flavours.

Ingredients ~ 1 serve:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Add ingredients to a jar/container, shake to combine and pop in the fridge.

For the jar pictured: 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries were added prior to shaking. Once set in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight), top with diced mango and strawberry coconut yoghurt.
